To emphasize the simplicity of the watch's design and functionality, MB&F selected the Legacy Machine 101 to highlight the beauty of Moser crafts. Kari Voutilainen originally designed the LM101's watch. It featured a large suspended balance wheel, which is now fitted with Moser’s Straumann double-balance spring. The Legacy Machines of MB&F have used lacquered dials to honor the history of timekeeping displays. However, the Collaboration model has them removed in accordance with the Concept watch philosophy. Leaf hands indicate the time at 2 o'clock and the power reserve at 6 o'clock.
